This research aims to test the effect of company size, profitability, Solvency and Liquidity on audit delay. This research was conducted on basic industrial companies & chemicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The number of samples taken was 49 companies from a total of 85 basic industry &chemical companies for four years, so that 196 company samples were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The type and source of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of basic industrial companies & chemicals. The data collection technique is carried out by using the documentation method obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of this study show that the company size variable has no effect on audit delay, profitability has no effect with the direction of negatif on audit delay, solvency has a significant effect with a positive direction on audit delay and liquidity has no significant effect against audit delay.
