The study aims to determine the effect of technological advances and end user ability to the accounting information system performance using top management support as moderating variable on Hospitality Industries in Tangerang Area. The thesis uses primary data collection through questionnaire distribution to users of accounting information system at three-star and four-star hotels in Tangerang Area, including Tangerang Municipality, South Tangerang Municipality, and Tangerang Region. The study indicates if technological advances and end user ability affect the accounting information system performance. On the other hand, top management support fails to moderate the relation between technological advances and accounting information system performance, as it is also tailed off the relation between end user ability and accounting information system performance.
