This study aims to determine whether the influence of student perceptions of work pressure, independence threats, and practice permit requirements have an effect on to become a public accountant. The data obtained from accounting students who are in the city of Palembang. The source of data used in this study is primary data using themethod Probability Sampling by distributing questionnaires and or written questions addressed to respondents and surveys. The number of respondents in this study were 111 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that (1) working pressure positive effect on interest became public accountant, (2) The threat of Independence no positive effect on the interest in becoming a public accountant, and (3) Permit to practice positive effect oninterest be the public Akutan.
