This study intend to know factors that affects the intention of accounting students at Sriwijaya University towards whistleblowing. By using the Theory of Planned Behavior. This study descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data. Data were obtained directly through questionnaires which had been distributed to students majoring in accounting at Sriwijaya University. Based on the results obtained in this study, the subjective norm factors has no effect on the accounting students intention to act on whistleblowing. Meanwhile, the attitude factor towards behavior, perceived control over behavior, and the seriousness of cheating have a positive effect on students intentions to take whistleblowing actions or complaints.
