IMPLEMENTASI ROUTING DALAM MENCARI JALUR TERBAIK DENGAN ALGORTIMA FLOYD WARSHALL DAN METODE HYBRID FUZZY MAMDANI BERDASARKAN HASIL PENGOLAHAN GAMBAR DARI PANTAUAN KAMERA CCTV DENGAN METODE YOLOV3
There are several things that have been done to deal with congestion problems, for example the start of transportation infrastructure, widening sidewalks, and widening roads. Routing is the process of selecting the path on the network that is used to send data packets to the destination address. The YOLOv3 method is used in this study to process images with the hybrid Fuzzy Mamdani and Floyd Warshall Algortima to find the best path because it implements a dynamic program that guarantees more success in finding the optimum solution in the case of determining the shortest path for all pairs of nodes. The three methods above get the results of training accuracy which affects the detection of objects to calculate the number of vehicles automatically, in the form of Average Precision motorbikes 80.12% and cars 90.76%, Precision 0.86, Recall 0.85, F1 Score 0.85, mAP 85.44%, and IoU 65.83%, has got good results at intersections monitored by CCTV cameras. The density level for Fuzzy Mamdani is highest on Monday in the afternoon, while on Friday the highest density is in the morning. Processing the Floyd warshall algorithm when calculating the path weight values gets results that show the best path is path 2
