IMPLEMENTASI ROUTING DALAM MENCARI JALUR TERBAIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE HYBRID FUZZY MAMDANI DAN ALGORITMA DIJKSTRA BERDASARKAN HASIL DETEKSI METODE YOLOV3 PADA REKAMAN KAMERA CCTV
With the increasing use of vehicles and the large human population in urban areas, the level of traffic jams is high. Every motorist certainly does not want to be stuck in a traffic jam for too long. The focus of this research is to find the best alternative route using the Dijkstra algorithm based on the processing results of the YOLOv3 method for detecting vehicle objects and Fuzzy Mamdani for determining road density conditions. The best performance produced by the YOLOv3 model in detecting motorbikes and cars is 87.52% for the mAP value and 65.83% for the IoU value. The Mamdani fuzzy method can be used to determine road density conditions based on the number of vehicles and road width. From this information, the best path weight will be obtained after considering the distance traveled. Dijkstra's algorithm is one of the well-known algorithms in finding the shortest path. From the results of trials that have been done, the second line always occupies the position of the best line. the difference between the final weights of lines 1 and 2 on Monday in the morning, afternoon and evening is (22.51), (65.09), and (131.36). Whereas on Friday in the morning, afternoon and evening the differences were (111.31), (72.47), and (72.49)
