In PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat Regency there are activities that transfer employee from one position to another position and conduced employee have to re-adapt in every new position, however the knowledge to support this process still hard to get. So knowledge management system is needed to support the learning process. The purpose of this research is to build a knowledge management system using SECI model as a knowledge sharing media in PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat Regency. This research using SECI model that sustain knowledge management process to be more effective with four knowledge transfer method that is socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization and using the waterfall method in developing a knowledge management system with a systematic and sequential approach with stages starting from planning to maintenance. This research has produced a system that can facilitate PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat Regency employee in implementing a culture of knowledge sharing among fellow employee
