HUMAN RELATIONS OMBUDSMAN RI PERWAKILAN SUMATERA SELATAN DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI
This research is entitled "Human Relations Ombudsman RI Representative of South Sumatra in Maintaining Employee Performance". This study aims to find out how the process of applying human relations in maintaining employee performance within the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, Representative of South Sumatra. This research uses Human Relations theory by Rosady Ruslan and uses descriptive qualitative with data obtained through semi-structural interviews with 4 key informants and 7 supporting informants, observations, and documentation. From the results of the study, it shows that the process of implementing human relations carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sumatra Representative, has fulfilled the elements in the process of implementing human relations, namely Individual Interests, Mutual Acceptance, High Moral Standards, Common Interests, Communication Openness, and Participation.
