This research is entitled "Analysis of Peat Restoration Program Budget Performance at the South Sumatra Provincial Land and Environment Service During the Pandemic". This study uses the budget performance measurement method according to Mardiasmo, namely Value For Money, with an economic, efficiency and effectiveness approach. The type of research used is qualitative. Primary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports and Peat Restoration Program Performance Reports. The results of this study show that the economic level in 2019 is 77.20% and in 2020 it is 96.50% which is experiencing a decline in the economy. In the efficiency dimension in 2019 the efficiency value is 75.18%, which means the efficiency criteria. Then in 2020 the efficiency value decreased by 91.49% with less efficient criteria. The effectiveness dimension of the Peat Restoration program at the South Sumatra Provincial Land and Environment Agency in 2019-2020 is effective with a percentage of 100%.
