This study aims to determine the role of psychological contract on safety behaviour on employees of PT. Hindoli. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a role of psychological contract on safety behaviour on employees of PT. Hindoli. The population of this study were employees of PT. Hindoli. The sample of this study are 229 harvester employees dan 50 harvester employees for try out. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Both measuring instruments are made by this study researcher, the safety behaviour scale refers to dimensions of safety behaviour from Neal dan Griffin (2002). The psychological contract scale refers to psychological contract dimensions from Parks, Kidder, dan Gallagher (1998). The data analysis used is simple linear regression.
