This study aims to describe how the implementation of the 2015 Paris Agreement in Indonesia through the Accelerated Regulation of the Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicle Program using the International Regime Implementation Concept in the Domestic Area by Arthur Andersen. This research was conducted by literature study method. Data collection is done by collecting books, journals, theses, research results, and articles. The data analysis technique used descriptive-qualitative analysis technique, namely in-depth data analysis from a number of data obtained to provide conclusions at the end of the discussion. The existence of the Regulation on the Acceleration of the Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicle Program is expected to be a solution to reduce fossil fuels and improve air quality so as to realize Indonesia's contribution in mitigation in overcoming changes based on the Paris Agreement.
