STRATEGI PUBLIC RELATION FAVE HOTEL DALAM MENINGKATKAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19.
Fave Hotel is a hotel with budget hotel branding that offers the best facilities at a very affordable price. The Covid-19 pandemic has also made Fave Hotel affected by the Covid-19 virus has had a tremendous impact on almost all aspects of life. Therefore, this study aims to find out Fave Hotel Palembang's Public Relations Strategy in improving the company's image during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The theory used in this study is the communication planning model belonging to Cutlip and Center. This research method is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through three ways, namely in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study refer to that Fave Hotel Palembang has carried out a communication strategy that is in accordance with the communication planner model by Cutlip and The Center, namely Finding facts, Making decisions and planning, Communicating and Implementing, Evaluating. Fave Hotel in carrying out the strategy has been effective and efficient in building cooperation with many parties in developing the company's image
