PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SENAM HIPERTENSI TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI
Background: Hypertension Also known as high blood pressure is systolic blood pressure that exceeds 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure that is more than 90 mmHg (Kemenkes RI, 2019). The family is the first line in society that really needs hypertension control, especially if one of the family members suffers from hypertension. Hypertension exercise is one of the treatments that can be done to lower and control blood pressure. Purpose: The writing of this comprehensive nursing case study aims to provide family nursing care to hypertensive patients by doing hypertension exercise in Permata Baru Village, North Indralaya. Methods: Qualitative research was conducted using a case study approach by providing nursing care to families of hypertensive patients and providing hypertension exercise to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Result: Three clients obtained nursing problems, namely acute pain and knowledge deficit. So that the three clients have received nursing care with non-pharmacological management, namely the administration of hypertension exercise. Conclusion: Providing of hypertension exercise is effective in lowering blood pressure so that pain is reduced in clients with hypertension.
