This thesis entitled "Analysis of Socio-Economic Readiness in The Tace of Rejuvenation of Oil Palm Plantations (replanting) in Bukit Selabu Village Batanghari Leko Distract Musi Banyuasin Regency". The problems of this research were to discuss the implications of garden rejuvenation for farmers in terms of employment, how farmers bear the cost of garden rejuvenation despite the loss of main income, the efforts of farmer groups in restoring the socio-economic situation of farmers; and the factors behind farmers' desire to rejuvenate the garden. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the socio-economic readiness of oil palm farmers in the face of replanting in Bukit Selabu Village, Batanghari Leko District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with 11 informants, documentation, and library studies, then analyzed using Havviland adaptation theory. The results of this study indicate that farmers have replacement jobs during the rejuvenation, farmers obtain funds from the government for the cost of rejuvenation, knowing there are several factors that convince farmers to rejuvenate and the efforts made by the KPKS as an organization that shelters them.
