Rubber Commodity is one of the types of non-oil and gas export activities carried out by Indonesia in an effort to increase the country's main source of foreign exchange, Jambi Province as one of the provinces in Indonesia which always exports rubber every year, rubber which is an export priority from Jambi Province has this type of rubber. raw nature with a form of production where rubber is shaped like a plate. This research focuses on how the Jambi Province Department of Industry and Trade Strategy in Efforts to Increase Rubber Commodity Exports by using the Diamond Porter Model which factors with the scarcity of natural resources so as to create innovation, with demand conditions domestic, supporting industries, industrial production competition, and the Government in increasing the Competitiveness of Export commodities that benefit industrial growth. The research method used in this study is qualitative, primary data sources in the form of observation, analysis of official documents and interviews. The results of the study show that in exporting rubber with the Diamond Porter Model strategy, the Jambi Province Department of Industry and Trade seeks to create innovations in overcoming the scarcity of natural and human resources further by implementing government policies that are indirectly able to increase competitiveness in the country. alone. The strategic plan to encourage regional and national economic growth is part of this, considering that rubber is the main export of Jambi province.
