This study was conducted to see how Indonesia-United States maritime security cooperation through comprehensive partnership in 2015-2021. This research focuses on Indonesia-United States maritime security cooperation through comprehensive partnership in 2015-2021 using the theory of International Cooperation from K.J Holsti which is the knife in this research. This type of research is qualitative, namely that which is obtained from library research or library research. Then to find data sources using secondary data collection techniques sourced from books, documents, journals, web and mass media. The results obtained in this study that Indonesia and America always want to increase maritime cooperation so that the national interests of each country can be realized are marked by the many signings of memorandums of understanding.
