STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN BANTUAN PANGAN NON TUNAI (BPNT) GUNA PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI KECAMATAN PANGKALAN BARU KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH
This study aims to find out how the strategy for managing Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) for poverty alleviation in Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency in 2021 has been carried out by DINSOS-PMD Central Bangka Regency and other BSP Teams. This research was motivated by social jealousy in the distribution of BPNT because the number of recipients of BPNT for poor families was not evenly distributed and there were several empty KKS balances belonging to KPM. The theory used by the researcher is the theory of Types of Strategy according to Kotten seen in four dimensions, namely organizational strategy, institutional strategy, resource support strategy, and program strategy. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection process includes interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study are that most of the strategies that have been implemented have been optimal and a few have not been optimal. There are obstacles in the strategy that has been carried out, namely the distribution of E-Warong has not been evenly distributed in every village in Pangkalan Baru District, there are 99 KKS that have an empty balance, and damage to the EDC machine due to signal interference. The results of the study suggest that the DINSOS-PMD of Central Bangka Regency along with other BSP Teams to overcome obstacles with facilities and infrastructure must be improved again by means of a quick response by the relevant officers in dealing with the problem of EDC machine facilities, being careful in the data input process to avoid empty PSCs and the existence of mapping of E-Warong for each area in Pangkalan Baru District.
