This study aims to determine the transparency of budget funds in the office of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) South Sumatra. The researcher uses the theory by Christian (2006:73). Transparency can be measured through several indicators, namely: document availability and accessibility, information clarity and completeness, process openness, and regulatory framework that ensures transparency. The expenditure budget at the South Sumatra Regional Representative Council (DPD) office itself is part of the APBN so it is not yet autonomous. So that in this study it proves that, Availability and Accessibility of Documents Implementation of transparency of budget funds in the office of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) South Sumatra through the completeness and access of documents has met the principles of openness, clarity and completeness of information about the implementation of transparency of budget funds in the office of the House of Representatives. Region (DPD) South Sumatra in line with the indicators of Transparency, The openness of the process to budget funds at the South Sumatra Regional Representative Council (DPD) office is in line with the Transparency indicator, so that the regulatory framework on the transparency of budget funds at the South Sumatra Regional Representative Council (DPD) office is in accordance with the Transparency indicators used in this study. The suggestions in this study are to add online or direct platforms to make it easier for the public to access budget documents, in addition, even though the budget is still not autonomous, the community can be involved in development deliberation activities or planning related to the budget to budget utilization, because the community plays a big role. to achieve transparency.
