UNICEF is an organization mandated by the United Nations General Assembly and has a vision to create a world where children will have rights, make and ensure every child can grow up healthy, protected from various forms of danger and get a good education. In Indonesia, some children have received many threats during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was found an increase in early marriage during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the role of UNICEF in dealing with the issue of early marriage in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and secondary data sources through books, documents, journals, articles, reports and other media. Based on the research results, UNICEF has played the role of instruments, arenas and actors such as through programs to reduce early marriage, campaigns through social media, and so on to overcome early marriages that occurred in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic COVID-19.
