Background: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is a malignant disease in which there is an excessive amount of lymphoblast in the bone marrow, glands and lymph. The main treatment is chemotherapy where this procedure often causes side effects such as nausea and vomiting of varying degrees. These nausea and vomiting complaints can be overcome by applying acupressure therapy at points P6 and ST36. Objective: Explain the implementation of nursing care practices in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and apply acupressure therapy in the management of nausea and vomiting Method: Descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in three pediatric patients with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Results: The three pediatric patients with ALL had complaints of nausea and vomiting, fatigue, lethargy, weakness, headaches. The nursing problem that arises and that is felt the same by the three patients is that nausea is related to the effects of pharmacological agents. Nausea nursing intervention is the management of nausea and vomiting by identifying the causes of nausea and vomiting, their impact on quality of life, monitor nausea and vomiting and provide physical support when vomiting and provide a sense of comfort. Nonpharmacological measures that can be given to the three patients are the application of acupressure techniques at the point of p6 and ST36 Conclusion: The application of acupressure techniques at the point of p6 and ST36 in the management of nausea and vomiting in a nonpharmacological manner can reduce the scale of nausea and frequency of vomiting.
