The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in pediatric patients with fractures. There were 5 nursing problems raised in the three patients managed in fracture patients which consisted of the same main complaint, namely pain. Interventions are given to reduce pain in patients managed by using cold compress therapy. After the nursing intervention was given, there was a decrease in the pain scale in the three patients managed. The nursing care provided to the three managed patients started from assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The implications of cold compress therapy showed that there was decreasing the pain’s scale from 4 to 1 in the three patients managed.
