ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN CKD (CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE) STAGE V ON HD DAN IMPLIKASI RELAKSASI OTOT PROGRESIF DALAM MENGATASI MASALAH KELETIHAN
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible decline in kidney function, where the condition of the body that fails to maintain a balance of metabolic products will have an impact on increasing the amount of urea. Patients with chronic kidney failure have the main complaint, namely fatigue as much as 60-97%. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to apply comprehensive nursing care, especially to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) . The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach in three patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stage V on HD. The results of the study found that the three patients had the main complaints, namely complaining of weakness, feeling tired after activities, and assisted by family in daily activities, and complaining of only a small amount of urination. Nursing problems that occur in all patients are fatigue, activity intolerance and the risk of ineffective renal perfusion. Thus, interventions that can be implemented are energy management such as providing progressive muscle relaxation (ROP). This has been proven in several studies and has been shown to have an effect on alleviating complaints of fatigue in patients. The conclusion of this study is the management of fatigue through progressive muscle relaxation which is expected to reduce complaints of fatigue, so that the patient's energy increases and is able to carry out activities independently.
