This research aims to analyse the budget performance of Gubernur Sumsel Super Series Badminton 2021 in Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method through a quantitative data which is processed expenditure budget analysis and interviews. The results of the study show that (1) the analysis of the expenditure variance on Gubernur Sumsel Super Series Badminton 2021 shows good in expenditure budget where the difference in actual expenditure is less than the budgeted amount (underspending); (2) the analysis of expenditure compatibility on Gubernur Sumsel Super Series Badminton 2021 shows numbers that are not compatible because the entire budget is allocated to operating expenses; (3) Gubernur Sumsel Super Series Badminton 2021 has made expenditure efficiency in the category of “moderate efficiency” by using the budget realization that does not exceed from the target. Overall, the performance of Gubernur Sumsel Super Series Badminton 2021 in Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Selatan’s expenditure budget has been good. The suggestion in this study is that Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Selatan can allocate more budgets properly for the budget that must be increased or that must be reduced.
