Background: The final processing of acrylic complete denture using conventional technique was time consuming and risk of dimensional changes during polymerization. Currently, CAD-CAM technology had developed, one of which was milling technique that eliminate dimensional changes so increased the accuracy of processing results. Some studies state that CAD-CAM millng was more accurate than conventional technique, but other studies state that conventional technique was more accurate than CAD-CAM milling. Objective: This study aimed to determine the accuracy of the final processing of acrylic complete denture using CAD-CAM technology. Methods: The type of research conducted a literature review of 16 journals. Results: The results showed that 9 out of 12 in-vitro study journals stated that CAD-CAM milling technology was more accurate on the final processing of acrylic complete dentures and 4 case report journals stated that acrylic complete dentures with final processing using CAD-CAM technology had good retention and stabilization after used in the patient's oral cavity. Conclusion: Evaluation the accuracy of the final processing acrylic complete denture using CAD-CAM milling technology was more accurate than conventional technique, so could be an alternative innovation in addition to conventional technique that were currently used. Keywords: accuracy, cad-cam, complete denture
