DESAIN MODEL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT BERDASARKAN FUNGSI UTILITAS PERFECT SUBSTITUTE PADA JARINGAN SELFISH USER DSL LTE MULTIPLE QOS
Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) is a centralized radio access network in which the equipment used is connected to a cellular anenna which processes the signal and then relays it to the core network or radio antenna tower. This research has the objective of designing a Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) Model Selfish User and adding a Perfect Substitute utility function to the internet financing scheme as well as conducting sensitivity analysis to find out changes in parameters that generate profits. This research is solved with Nonlinear Programmilng (NLP) problem by determining the initial consumption of bandwidth and the amount of bandwidth consumption which is divided into 4 cases with each case having a parameter and different variables based on 3 internet financilng schemes Flat-Fee, Usage-Based, and Two-Part Tariff. This study uses Sisfo Traffic data obtained from a local server in Palembang. This model is completed to obtain the optimal solution and sensitivity analysis to determine parameter changes using LINGO 13.0 software. Based on this research, the improved C-RAN Selfish User model of the Perfect Substitute utility function produces an optimal solution and the results of the sensitivity analysis of the allocation indicator variable from RRH to RB and the bandwidth transfer variable from RB to RUE which has an infinity value, the increase and decrease can change while the value 0 then the increase and decrease will remain.
