Marga Punduh Subdistrict is a subdistrict located in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Marga Punduh sub-district is one of the mangrove distribution areas in Lampung Province. Macrozoobenthos is often used as an assessor of the quality of the aquatic environment, it is also used as an indicator of pollution because its life tends to settle in bottom sediments of the waters, both on soft and coarse substrates. However, until now there is still no information about the diversity of macrozoobenthos in the mangrove area of Marga Punduh District. This research was carried out in July 2021 in the Mangrove Area of Marga Punduh District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Sample identification was carried out at the Marine Bioecology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University. Macrozobentos found in the mangrove area in Marga Punduh District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung consists of 3 classes including gastropods, Malacostraca and Bivalve classes. The results of biodiversity values in general include a moderate diversity index, a high uniformity index and a low dominance index. The relationship between macrozobentos species and biodiversity to water conditions resulted in 2 groups, namely F1 and F2. F1 consists of salinity, abundance, diversity and uniformity, while F2 consists of pH and temperature.
