Fatigue is a process of permanent progressive localized structural change in a material that occurs due to repeated stresses and strains below the acceptable stress limit for the material and at a certain point in time it will cause cracks and then fractures. thoroughly after certain fluctuations. The damage from this failure is called fatigue failure. The study was conducted using a fatigue test with repeated torsion type. The material analyzed is ductile cast iron. The test was carried out using 4 different loading angle variations, namely 1o, 2o, 3o and 4o with repeated torsion loading. From the results of fatigue testing, ductile cast iron specimens with a loading angle of 1o produce a stress of 89.25 MPa, 446300 cycles in 8926 seconds. At a loading angle of 2o produces a voltage of 178.5 MPa, 222000 cycles in 4440 seconds. At 3o loading angle produces a voltage of 273 MPa, 39900 cycles in 798 seconds. At a loading angle of 4o produces a voltage of 362.25 MPa, 6550 cycles in 131 seconds. Then the greater the angle of loading given to the specimen, the faster the specimen will fail to fatigue. In fatigue testing, all test specimens experienced brittle fracture. The endurance limit for ductile cast iron is below the stress of 89.25 MPa.
