The tracer study activity is an activity that has very strategic value in development that is used by several universities in Indonesia to get feedback from alumni. Tracer study data can be in the form of big data which consists of many variables and many objects, so to extract as much information as possible from the data, it is necessary to use other analytical techniques. In this case, tracer study data was obtained by the Career Development Center (CDC) Unsri in 2020 to examine the description and comparison of total alumni income per faculty at Unsri based on field of work and gender by using the mean difference test, variance ratio and freedom test. Graduates of the Faculty of Engineering (FT) have a total income that is significantly different from the graduates of 7 other faculties, namely: Faculty of Public Health (FKM), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Faculty of Agriculture (FP), Faculty of Teacher Training and Science Education (FKIP), Faculty of Computer Science (Fasilkom), Faculty of Economics (FE), and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP). The next graduate who has a significantly different total income is the Faculty of Law (FH) compared to 5 other faculties, namely: FKM, FMIPA, FP, FKIP, and FISIP. Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) have a total income that is significantly greater than graduates of every faculty except FH. The results of the average difference test show that there is a significant difference between the total income of female respondents and male respondents, where male respondents have a higher total income than female respondents. Meanwhile, the results of the chi square test on the combined graduates of all faculties stated that there was a relationship between the total income category and gender and the relationship between the total income category and the field of work. The highest respondents in the field of work are private employees with the highest total income category ranging from 3 to 5 million rupiah.
