Along with the development of information and communication technology systems, educational institutions in this case the Sriwijaya University Library to build a database as a place for storing and processing book inventories in the Reading Room at the Faculty of Engineering, which so far are still manual. Some of the efforts made in developing information systems are by utilizing the concept of Computer Integrated Manufacturing which is also a basic concept in the Production System. This study aims to integrate information systems in the Reading Room of the Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Sriwijaya University with information technology that has been applied to the Sriwijaya University Library. The results obtained in this study are by converting Initial Data in Digital Form which originally book data is still in the form of inventory manually, by using the Senayan Library Management System (SLIMS) application, the data can be integrated with the information system database owned by the Sriwijaya University Library which is owned by the Sriwijaya University Library. also use the SLIMS application. With the Senayan Library Management System (SLIMS) application, it can overcome problems in processing data on books in the reading room of the Faculty of Engineering, namely being able to find information on receipts, book circulation, and book stock in the reading room quickly, accurately and completely. This web-based management system makes it easy to check and control the Supply Chain without being limited by space and time constraints and to make clearer records of all aspects
