ANALISIS INDIKATOR EFISIENSI DAN KONSERVASI ENERGI DALAM SISTEM PENILAIAN GREEN BUILDING
The building industry accounts for 40% of total energy consumption in most countries and is responsible for 30% of greenhouse gas production. Various efforts have been made to reduce the negative impact generated by buildings on the environment, one of which is by applying the concept of green buildings. Green building is the practice of creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle from siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation and deconstruction. This practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort. Green building is also known as a sustainable or high performance building. A number of systems or assessment tools for green building have been developed to facilitate the green building developments in many countries. However, there are limitations in the research in determining the importance level of the criteria for each assessment indicator in the green building assessment system. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and determine the level of importance of the criteria contained in the assessment indicators, especially indicators of energy efficiency and conservation. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data collection for this study was performed by the use of survey questionnaire through google form. The method used in this research is fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. Analysis of questionnaire results conducted in the form of validity and reliability tests, matrix consistency tests, calculation of assessment weight and data ranking. The results of this study obtained an assessment weight for each assessment criteria: ventilation criteria with an assessment weight of 4,272, renewable energy criteria with an assessment weight of 3,335, criteria for energy saving measures with an assessment weight of 3,306, natural lighting criteria with an assessment weight of 3,004, the criteria for the influence of climate change with an assessment weight of 2,952, the OTTV calculation criteria with an assessment weight of 2,804 and the criteria for installing sub-meters with an assessment weight of 2,352.
