This research study have purpose to get know about implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in Project of The Transmission 500kV Packet 3 Muara Enim – New Aur Duri Zone 1 and 2 along with the strategy to increase occupational safety effectively. Based on Government Regulation Number 50 year of 2012, the result of study research in the project is 88,76% which means Waskita Karya Company deserve to get gold flag appreciation. For the result research study of strategy to increase occupational safety get the biggest rate 93,89% in management regulation, which means management regulation very effective to occupational safety rate based on respondent opinion.
