The organic waste generated comes from the largest sources of waste such as markets, factories, household kitchens and restaurants. Handling of organic waste that is not optimal can cause an unhealthy environment, water, soil and air pollution. namely the maggot of Hermetia Illucens L.This study aims to determine the growth rate, namely the length and weight of the maggot, the conversion efficiency of the digested feed of the maggot and the survival of the maggot. This research was carried out from January to May 2021, where pineapple waste, coconut pulp, tofu and bran waste were taken at the Palembang Perumnas market. Maintenance of test animals, measuring growth rate, conversion efficiency and survival were carried out in the Perumnas area, Palembang City. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and each treatment was carried out 5 times. The variables measured in this weight study were growth rate, namely length and maggot, conversion efficiency of maggot digested feed and maggot survival.
