This study discusses the determination of the location of the strategic covid-19 vaccine distribution in the Palembang city using the Set Covering Location Problem (SCLP) and p-Center Location Problem models and implementing the Greedy Reduction Algorithm. Based on calculations using the SCLP model and the p-Center Location Problem solved by the Greedy Reduction Algorithm, 14 locations were obtained, namely at Charitas Palembang Hospital, Taman Bacaan Health Center, Sako Health Center, Kalidoni Health Center, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital, Siti Khadijah Hospital, Padang Selasa Health Center, OPI Health Center, Sukarami Health Center, Karya Jaya Health Center, 7 Ulu Health Center, Naga Swidak Health Center, Sabokingking Health Center, and Alang - Alang Lebar Health Center. The results of the p-Center Location Problem model and the Greedy Reduction Algorithm are not maximized, so we recommend adding some vaccine locations in Palembang City to fulfill all requests.
