Aedes aegypti L. is the main factor of dengue fever. The control of the A. aegypti mosquito vector that is often carried out by the community is synthetic larvicides, but synthetic larvicides can cause various environmental problems, for that we need a safer alternative for humans and the environment in the form of biolarvicides. This study aims to determine the effect of extract and fraction of bandotan leaves (Ageratum conyzoides L.) as biolarvicides on mortality of third instar larvae of A. aegypti, determine the LC50 value of extract and fraction of bandotan leaves, determine the content of compounds present in bandotan leaves and see changes in larva morphology due to exposure to extracts and fractions bandotan leaves. This study used a completely randomized design with 7 treatments and 5 repetitions with the first procedure, to determine the ability of extract and fraction of bandotan leaves as biolarvicides third instar larvae of A. aegypti then calculate the percent mortality. Second, knowing the value of LC50 extract and fraction bandotan leaves using probit analysis. Third, observed the morphological changes that occurred in the larvae due to exposure to extracts and fractions and the last one identified the bioactive compounds present in bandotan leaves. The results of this study showed that the extract and fraction of bandotan leaves had the ability to kill the third instar larvae of the A. aegypti. The LC50 value of bandotan leaf extract was 1272.27 ppm while the LC50 of n-hexane fraction was 837.76 ppm. The bioactive compounds contained in the n-hexane fraction of bandotan leaves are alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, steroids, tannins and terpenoids. Damage to morphology, respiratory tract and changes in body color due to exposure to extracts and fractions of bandotan leaves. Keywords: Biolarvaides, Bandotan Leaf (A.conyzoides L), A. aegypti L
