KLASIFIKASI HAMA DAN PENYAKIT TANAMAN JAGUNG MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY RANDOM FOREST BERDASARKAN RESAMPLING REPEATED K-FOLD CROSS VALIDATION
It is a fact that corn is one of the most important food crops in Indonesia. It is so important that it plays a strategic role in the national economy. However, during the production stage, corn plants are susceptible to pests and diseases which can cause crop failure. It is necessary that proper pest and disease control be conducted in order to help farmers increase their crop yields. The purpose of this research was to classify pests and diseases in maize based on the average RGB value by using repeated k-fold cross validation resampling on the fuzzy random forest method which combines fuzzy set theory and random forest. The data used in this study has 3 variables and 3172 image data with 7 classifications of pests and diseases on corn plants. Using 5-fold cross validation, it produces 1 fold as test data and 4 folds as train data, and then it is repeated 10 times. In the classification stage, it is found that the Blue color has a greater influence than the Red and the Green colors so that the Blue color will be used as the root node. This study resulted in gaining an average percentage of accuracy value of 92,50%, precision on macro data of 62,96%, recall of macro data of 70,96%, f-score on macro data of 66,80%. Then, the same value of 73,74% is obtained for the values on precision, recall, and f-score on micro data.
