Analyzing the cost of the tariff that should be proposed to the parking manager of APT Pranoto Samarinda Airport, East Kalimantan based on an analysis using the Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay methods. This reference material can be found in books, journals research report articles and websites on the Internet. The output of this literature study is a reference conclusion related to the formulation of the problem. The goal is to strengthen the problems and theoretical basis of the research and become the basis for analyzing Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay at APT Pranoto Airport, Samarinda, East Kalirnantan Province.
