PT. Putra Muba Coal is one of the national companies engaged in the coal mining industry and has been meeting coal needs for various local industries and international markets since 2008. With the aim of maximizing the amount of coal reserves owned by PT. Putra Muba Coal, then a mining plan was made to ensure that the mining activities carried out can be well coordinated so that they are in accordance with the production targets to be achieved. However, from the mining results, there is an inaccuracy between the plan and the realization in the field. This study aims to analyze the achievement of the mining plan against the realization in the field, its causal factors, impacts, and the efforts that can be made so that the mining plan can be realized based on the mine plan design. The data needed in the research are sequence maps, progress, and schema and quality data. Data processing using the Minescape application. In the realization, the actual production achievement in January 2022 Pit Pandu PT Putra Muba Coal amounted to 72.16% from 593,889 BCM, namely 428,536.44 BCM for overburden and 56.62% from 260,469.7 tons, namely 147,488.40 tons. The causes of non-achievement are Effective Working Hours (EWH) which are smaller than planned, lower productivity than planned and lack of supervision. This failure will affect the stripping ratio value and increase production costs for mining activities in the following month. The solution that can be used to overcome this unattainable is the addition of a loss time indicator in the monthly report as an effort to increase EWH and increase supervision
