REDESAIN RANCANGAN ULTIMATE PIT LIMIT BERDASARKAN PERUBAHAN HARGA BATUBARA MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI MINESCAPE 5.7 DI PIT ABIMANYU PT. PUTRA MUBA COAL, KECAMATAN SUNGAI LILIN, KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN, PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The Abimanyu pit is one of the pits located at PT. Putra Muba Coal had stopped mining in 2018 due to a significant decline in coal prices at that time so the mining process could not continue. In 2022, the movement of coal prices has increased again so that it is necessary to re-design the ultimate pit limit on the SR in accordance with the selling price so that the company has an alternative ultimate pit in several SR scenarios, namely 1.4; 1,2; and 0.7. Based on geotechnical recommendations from PT. PMC, the geometry of the planned single slope is a height of 6 meters, 45° for single slope, and the width of the slope is 3 meters with an overall slope of 32°. The results of the calculation of the mined reserves for the SR 1.4 pit design are 2,405,489.05 Tons of Coal and 3,414,776.02 Bcm Overburden and have a total area of 16.59 Ha with the maximum pit limit depth at an elevation of 38 meters below ground level. In the SR 1.2 pit design, the mined reserves are 2,304,319.35 Tons of Coal and 2,847,674.30 Bcm Overburden and have a total area of 15.85 Ha with the maximum pit limit depth at an elevation of 36 meters below ground level. . In the SR 0.7 pit design, the mined reserves are 1,356,484.07 Tons of Coal and 1,015,260.50 Bcm of Overburden and have a total area of 9.99 Ha with the maximum pit limit depth at an elevation of 24 meters below ground level.
