PT Satria Bahana Sarana was established in March 2004 with its core business as vehicle rental services. The coal mining process itself consists of land clearing, striping overburden, drilling and blasting, as well as loading and hauling. Mining activities also have a very high level of work accident risk and become a very important aspect. The mining process itself is generally found to have a lot of work accidents caused by human and environmental factors. The importance of occupational safety and health factors to create safe and comfortable working conditions for workers. Proper and optimal risk management will increase the company's certainty in achieving its goals and provide confidence that the company can minimize potential risks and losses due to accidents that may occur. This study is intended to analyze the implementation of the mining safety management system that has been implemented at PT. Satria Bahana Sarana in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 26 of 2018. From this research, it is hoped that the implementation of mining safety management is in accordance with established procedures and regulations so as to minimize the number of mining accidents. The data processing method used in this study is to use the scoring method to obtain results from the SMKP audit From the data analysis there are 7 elements including, Policy elements with a percentage of 76.5%, Planning elements with a percentage of 71.8%, Organizational and Personnel elements with a percentage of 62.7%, Implementation elements with a percentage of 79.4%, Evaluation and Action elements Followed by a percentage of 78.3%, the Documentation element with a percentage of 80.9%, and the Management Review element with a percentage of 70.0%. From the results of the provisions on the level of achievement of the implementation of SMKP Minerba it was found that PT. Satria Bahana Sarana received a bronze certificate from the Minerba SMKP audit assessment with a total percentage achieved of 74.2%
