FORMULASI MODEL SET COVERING PROBLEM DALAM MENENTUKAN LOKASI TEMPAT PEMBUANGAN SEMENTARA SAMPAH DI DESA PULAU SEMAMBU KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR SUMATERA SELATAN
This research discusses the Set Covering Problem (SCP) in determining the location of the optimal temporary waste disposal site (TWDS) in Pulau Semambu Village using a myopic algorithm. Optimization of TPS in Pulau Semambu Village was carried out using the Location Set Covering Problem (LSCP) and p-median Problem models with the help of the LINGO 13.0 Software. Then analyzed and compared using a minimum distance of 500 meters and 1000 meters to the results obtained from the p-median problem model, which was solved by the myopic algorithm. The calculation results show that the optimal solution for placing TWDS in Pulau Semambu Village is same. The results of the calculation of the p-median Problem with LINGO 13.0 Software and myopic algorithm with a minimum distance of 500 meters show the same TWDS locations, namely WA 1, WA 2, WA 3, WA 4, WA 5, and WA 6 with candidate polling stations located in TWDS 2 WA 1, TWDS 1 WA 2, TWDS 2 WA 3, and TWDS 2 WA 5, while the minimum distance of 1000 meters indicate the location of the same TWDS, namely WA 1, WA 2, WA 3, WA 4, WA 5, and WA 6 with candidate TWDS locations located at TWDS 2 WA 1, TWDS 1 WA 2, TWDS 2 WA 3.
