The coastal waters of the Tembakak Krui are one of the waters on the West Coast of Lampung which are directly facing the Indian Ocean and these waters are also used as crossing access to Banana Island. This study aims to identify the types of zooplankton, analyze the community structure and distribution of zooplankton and analyze the physical and chemical parameters of the waters as zooplankton habitat. Zooplankton sampling was carried out in April 2021, samples taken were zooplankton water samples and measurements of physical and chemical parameters were carried out. The composition of zooplankton species found consisted of 2 phyla, namely phylum Crustacea as much as 99% with the types Calanus, Nauplius, Diaptomus, Oithona and Microsetella. Phylum annelida 1%, namely Polychaeta. The abundance of zooplankton ranged from 8,490 – 13444 ind/m³. Diversity index (H') with a value of 1.02 – 1.56 in the medium category. Uniformity index (E) with a value of 0.91 – 0.99 with a high species uniformity category. Dominance index (C) with a value of 0.21 – 0.38 with a low category or no dominant zooplankton type. Morisita index (id) with a value of 0.09 – 1.20 with the category of zooplankton distribution evenly except for station 8 with a clustered distribution.
