ANALISIS PROKSIMAT PADA EKSTRAK RUMPUT LAUT KERING Gracilaria sp. dan Gelidium sp. DARI PERAIRAN KALIANDA, LAMPUNG SELATAN
Proximate analysis in the form of analysis of water, ash, dry matter, proteins, lipids and carbohydrates that function to identifythe content of food substances from a food or feed that has not been previously known. This research was conducted with the aim of providing proximate information and knowledge of Gracilaria sp. and Gelidium sp. which potential to be used as local food in the study area Sampling The research was conducted in Kalianda, South Lampung, which has been in November to December 2021 Proximate content analysis between others: protein content using the Kjeldhal method, moisture and ash content, fat content with the soxhelt method and carbohydrate analysis using the luff school method. The results of this study indicate that the carbohydrate content of Gracilaria sp. of 13.65%, with a protein content of 5.11%, an ash content of 29.54%, a high water content 20.04% and Fat Content with a high percentage of 6.07% Proximate content of Gelidium sp. has a Carbohydrate value of 10.40%, with Protein content of 1.71%, with an Ash content of 20.04%, and the percentage of water content is 20.72% and the percentage of fat content is 6.77%
