Information about fishery resources in Sembilang National Park still minimal. It is necessary to follow up so that fishery resources in Sembilang National Park are maintained by knowing the factors that affect gillnet catch resources and knowing the best fit socioeconomic model of gillnet catch resources in the Sembilang National Park Waters. The method used in this study was a direct interview with respondents of gillnet business owners. Factors that influence the resources of gillnet catches in sembilang national park waters are average price, operating trip, income, age and experience. The best model equation (best fit model) socioeconomics of gillnet catches in The Sembilang National Park Waters is model 4 Y = - 4434.029 + 0.047X1 + 109.601X3 + 2.252X4 - 143.173X5 + 173.609X7 + ɛ Key Words : Model, Sosioeconomic Factors, Linear Regression, Gillnet.
