PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa (PT.BPAC) Mining Business License Area is administratively located in South Merapi District, Lahat, South Sumatra. The purpose of this research is to plan technical reclamation activities in the disposal area of PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa in 2021-2023. The research method used to solve the problems in this research is to combine theory, the results of previous research related to the title to be studied, as well as primary and secondary data obtained from the field. Then the data - the data is processed to be able to solve the problems and completion of this research. The research methods used include literature study, field orientation, data collection and processing, as well as drawing conclusions and suggestions. The reclamation plan activities are divided into two aspects, namely technical and economic. At PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa, the technical aspects consist of land management activities in the form of spreading top soil, controlling erosion by making drainage channels, and revegetation activities, while the economic aspects are direct costs and indirect costs. This reclamation activity is carried out in a disposal area located to the south of the A1 seam coal mining area. The reclamation activity plan at PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa was carried out based on actual conditions in the field and PT. BPAC in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The conclusion that can be conveyed based on the results of this study is that the costs required for the reclamation activity plan include direct costs of Rp. 3,473,516,330, indirect costs of Rp. 771,090,618 with the total cost for reclamation is Rp. 4,244,606,948 which is the total of direct and indirect costs. direct.
