EVALUASI ALAT PENGUPASAN OVERBURDEN UNTUK MENCAPAI TARGET PRODUKSI DI SITE MUARA TIGA BESAR UTARA PT BUKIT ASAM. TBK UNIT PENAMBANGAN TANJUNG ENIM
Based on PT Bukit Asam's 10-200R2 package contract system. Tbk with the Contractor, mining activities include digging and loading equipment and transportation equipment, namely excavator backhoes with Komatsu PC 2000, PC 1250 and PC 800 types, and the material is then transported by Dump Truck to a landfill or disposal area using a Komatsu HD Dump Truck. 785 and Dump Truck Hino 500 FM 320 TI. Planning tools for overburden stripping with an overall production target for March 2020 of 1,709,000 BCM for Muara Tiga Besar Utara. The production target is 1,709,000 BCM, the western part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara has a target of 1,441,000 BCM while the eastern part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara is 268,000 BCM. In accordance with the 10-200R2 package contract regarding the distribution of digging-loading equipment and transportation equipment, it has been determined that the West Muara Tiga Besar section uses 9 fleets with 40 HD 785 dump trucks served and 6 DT Hino 500 FM320TI dump trucks. Meanwhile, the eastern part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara uses 2 fleets served by 4 HD 785 dump trucks and 5 Hino 500 FM 320 TI dump trucks. The production target plan data for March 2020 before the start of research for the western part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara is 1,441,000 BCM, and for the eastern part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara, 268,000 BCM. Data from observations in March stated that the achievement of the target obtained a total productivity of 1,441,011,483 BCM for the western part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara, while for the eastern part of Muara Tiga Besar Utara it was obtained at 268,213.55 BCM. Therefore, optimization of the use of tools will be carried out mechanics for overburden stripping in accordance with the results of tool productivity obtained by observation, theory and contractors. After that, a comparison is made to achieve the production target with the results of field observations and theoretical results.
