ANALISIS MORFOTEKTONIK DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LONGSOR DAERAH TANJUNG AGUNG DAN SEKITARNYA, MUSIRAWAS UTARA, SUMATRA SELATAN
The research is located in the Tanjung Agung area, including the Sumatra Selatan Basin, with active tectonic conditions. Research at this location is intended to identify the level of tectonic activity using a quantitative geomorphological approach carried out in the Batang Empu and Batang Leko sub-watershed. The parameters used in this study include Drainage Density (Dd), Asymmetry Factor (AF), Hypsometric Integral (HI), Mountain Front Sinousity (SMF), and Valley floor width and height ratio (Vf). The results of the Batang Empu and Batang Leko sub- watershed research show that the Dd value is 2,796 – 3,407 km/km2, the AF value is 25 - 55, the HI value is 0.50, the SMF value is 1.46 – 8.31, and the Vf value is 0.39. Then the results are compared usingIAT (Index of Active Tectonic) to analyze the level of tectonic activity in the research area. The results of the IAT estimation obtained a value of 2.25, which belongs to the medium tectonic class (class 3). So it can be interpreted that the location of the morphological formation is controlled by moderate to weak tectonic activity levels and surface processes such as denudational and erosional.
