ISOLASI DAN UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN PADA EKSTRAK DAUN MANGROVE Sonneratia caseolaris DARI KAWASAN TANJUNG API-API, KABUPATEN BANYUASIN, SUMATERA SELATAN
Mangrove Sonneratia caseolaris is one type of mangrove that has antioxidant potential that is used by coastal communities as a wound medicine. The purpose of this study was to analyze and calculate how much antioxidant content in the mangrove leaves of S. caseolaris in tanjung api-api area, Banyuasin regency, South Sumatra. The study was conducted in April 2021. The extraction method uses three solvents namely n-hexan, ethyl acetate and methanol by macerering 2x24 hours. Antioschydan analysis using the DPPH method in which extracts of sampled mangrove leaves S. caseolaris in n-hexan solvents have antioxidants that fall into the weak category with an IC50 value of 161.35 ppm, Ethyl acetate solvents have antioschymay which belongs to the medium category with an IC50 value of 138.63 ppm and methanol solvents have antioxidants included in the category of very strong with an IC50 value of 1.122 ppm. After isolation, 15 fractions of methanol extract has very strong antioxidants in fraction 9 with an IC50 value of 0.5552 ppm
