Groundwater can be defined as all the air contained in the basic space or regolith (Aziz, 2000). This research is located in Muara Bulian Subdistrict and its surroundings in Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. This study aims to determine the hydrogeological conditions and determine the quality of groundwater in the study area. The method used in this research is physical and chemical test. Data were collected at 29 points including 12 locations for physical test analysis and 5 locations for chemical test analysis.
