MODEL REGRESI LOGISTIK ORDINAL UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA OJEK KAMPUS
The purpose of this study was to obtain a logistic regression model to predict the level of satisfaction of campus motorcycle taxi users and to determine the independent variable that significantly influence the level of satisfaction of campus motorcycle taxi users "UNSRI BIKE". The method used is ordinal logistic regression analysis with five independent variables, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, service quality "RIDE", and service quality "FOOD". The population in this study were undergraduate students at Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus, who used campus motorcycle taxis. The size of the population in this study is unknown so that purposive sampling technique was used for sampling and the sample size was 96 respondents. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results of the ordinal logistic regression analysis of the satisfaction level of campus motorcycle taxi users indicate that the factor that has a significant influence is the service quality variable "RIDE". Based on the odds ratio value, campus motorcycle taxi users who stated that they were quite good atThe responsiveness variable has the opportunity to be satisfied with the campus motorcycle taxi service 3,754 times than the motorcycle taxi users who state that they are not very good with the responsiveness of the campus motorcycle taxi. The level of suitability of the prediction results of the ordinal logistic regression is 67,7%. It means that the model is not good enough to predict the satisfaction level of campus motorcycle taxi users at Sriwijaya University, Indralaya campus. Keywords: Ordinal Logistic Regression, Satisfaction Level, Campus Motorcycle Taxi, Odds Ratio
