The Lampung Bay area is one of the coastal areas that is a tourist center in Lampung Province. The various activities in the Lampung Bay are feared to have an impact on the quality of water and sediment in this area. Information about the quality of the waters in the District of Marga Punduh is still limited, so this research want to explore the heavy metal contaminants in the mangrove forest sediments in this area. The research was carried out in July 2021 around the mangrove forest of Marga Punduh District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. The research location is divided into 6 research stations. Heavy metal analysis using AAS with acid digestion method. The results of measurements of Pb concentrations ranged from 1.06 to 2.09 mg/kg and Zn concentrations ranged from 1.30 to 6.37 mg/kg. Concentrations of heavy metals Pb and Zn have not passed the quality standard by ANZECC. This shows that the mangrove forest in the District of Marga Punduh has not been contaminated by heavy metal pollution
